The Eva cancellation policy is created to offer ease and flexibility to its customers. Depending on the fare class and the timing of the cancellation, a traveler who needs to miss their trip is entitled to a refund or voucher. If a traveler cancels a refundable fare within 24 hours of booking or at least 7 days before departure, they will receive a full refund. It is also possible to cancel non-refundable fares, although the amount of the return will depend on the specifics of the fare. Refunds are available to passengers with partially used tickets based on the amount of the ticket that was not used.
